Whilst walk-ins for soft play are welcomed, we highly recommend pre-booking, especially at peak times – e.g. school holidays & weekends as
we do have a capacity limit and will not be able to admit more people (including adults and children under 2) once we reach this limit.
You will be asked to choose an entry time when booking the Exhibition. This does not dictate how long you can stay in the exhibition.
Last entry to exhibition is at 2:30pm off peak and 4:30pm peak time.

About Soft Play
Soft Play sessions are two hours long. Tickets get access to the soft play for the session booked only. You are more than welcome to attend a session at any time, but you must leave at the end of the booked session.
Please note, access to the Café is exclusively for guests with Soft Play session tickets, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing space for families to unwind.
Not going to the Soft Play? No Problem!
You’re welcome to enjoy our tasty menu outside in the Jurassic Garden. If you are eating in the garden, simply place your order at reception, and we’ll have your food and drinks ready for you to savour in the fresh air.
Concessions
Carer’s go free with a full paying fare.
- Soft Play: Please book your space online (£2 for Adults) and this will be refunded at the till when you arrive.
- Exhibition: Please book the paying tickets online, and claim your carer ticket at the till.
Blue Light & Military Card Holders can receive 10% off when booked at the till. Please note you cannot use your discount on discounted tickets e.g. family tickets and our birthday party packages.
Memberships
Purchase a membership for Jurassic Discovery and receive benefits and discounts across Jurassic Discovery & Seaton Tramway!
Both membership types receive the attached perks for a named child (2-15) and the accompanying adult. This means any adult can enjoy the perks of the membership when bringing the named child to Jurassic Discovery. So if a parent isn’t bringing the child, a grandparent or other guardian can receive the perks instead!
